Things to know
Kupid's ToS says all sales are final with no refunds or cancellations for subscriptions once used, and that you cancel rebilling by emailing support. Included and promotional coins expire after 6 months. The privacy policy says personal data is usually kept for 6 years after an account is closed. No operating company is named in the ToS or privacy policy; the ToS says Malta law governs. The pricing page's 'nothing renews' claim conflicts with the renewal wording elsewhere on the site.
