Is Joyland free?
Per Joyland's help center: 10 free credits daily, limited trials of the chat models, up to 3 personas, image messages and bot gallery unlocked with credits. Free users see ads, and the web app offers extra credits for watching rewarded ads.
Does Joyland allow NSFW?
Joyland's FAQ says pornographic content is available only with select bots that meet legal requirements, and is prohibited for bots under 18. The web app shows an 'Adult content - access restricted' 18+ confirmation and a limited 'NSFW mode' that prompts users to confirm they are 18+ and upgrade to a paid plan to unlock it. The ToS bans illegal content, hate speech, and certain fetish and zoophilia content.

Things to know
Joyland's own ToS (last updated May 14, 2025) says subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and that partial periods are not refunded. Disputes go to arbitration in Singapore (SIAC). The legal entity differs between documents: the ToS and privacy policy name MINDZEN PTE. LTD., while the iOS seller is ELDORIA PTE. LTD. Free use is ad-supported.
