Things to know
Per SoulFun's own documents: its terms and privacy policy don't name the company behind it; the terms are governed by Hong Kong law (last updated 8/12/2023), and data is stored on servers in Hong Kong. To cancel auto-renewal you have to submit a request through a feedback form, and past charges aren't refunded. It doesn't require users to be 18+ even though its characters are marketed as romantic and flirty. The Android app is a direct download from SoulFun's own server rather than Google Play, and we couldn't find its iPhone app in the App Store.
